What this chart shows — and what it doesn’t

Every candle is a real NEPSE trading session: per-stock daily OHLC from our own daily-OHLC archive, gap-filled from the open Nepse-All-Scraper dataset where our archive lacks history, the NEPSE index back to 2003, and the session in progress appended from our own market snapshots while the market is open (Mon–Fri, 11:00–15:00 NPT). Moving averages are computed in your browser from those closes — nothing hidden, nothing invented.

Drawing tools (trend lines, Fibonacci) are not part of this chart: it runs on TradingView’s free open-source Lightweight Charts engine, which ships without the annotation toolkit. For pattern detection and rule-based signals, see the Chart & signals lab.

Data is delayed, like the rest of Nepse Decode — the delay is measured from the feed's own timestamps and shown with the chart; where it cannot be measured, it is labelled unverified. Securities without a full OHLC archive are clearly flagged as LTP-only. Educational use only — not investment advice.

Is this free? Do I need an account?

Yes, free — no account, no login. Your symbol and overlay choices are remembered in your own browser only.

Where does the data come from?

Per-stock daily OHLC from our own daily-OHLC archive, gap-filled from the open Nepse-All-Scraper dataset where our archive lacks history, NEPSE index history (2003–present) from the nepse-open-data archive, and the live session from our own market snapshots.

Why no drawing tools?

This chart is built on TradingView’s free open-source Lightweight Charts engine, which doesn’t include the annotation toolkit — so what you get is fast, honest price action with moving averages instead.
